We then polish with a floor polisher if these are stained/polished concrete floors. Afterwards, we apply 2-3 coats of Professional High Performance Floor Sealer to provide clarity, and long lasting durability and performance.
Yes, a maintenance floor care plan consists of a scrub and seal every 1-4 months. Maintenance will prolong the time between the full strip and seal process and keep the floors looking nice throughout the year as opposed to just after they were stripped, cleaned and sealed.

A newly sealed area can be walked on with light traffic as soon as we have finished and heavy traffic in 4-6 hours depending on temperature, ventilation, humidity, etc.
