Account Manager
We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with a minimum of 3 years experience managing service solutions for small and medium companies. Experience in managing ongoing service contracts desired. The Account Manager manage existing account relationships, develop new relationships and act as liaison between accounts and Technicians. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, have a strong ability to multi-task, be growth oriented and work well with crew members as well as customers.

The Account Management Duties include account coordination and quality control for new and existing client relationships. Account coordination includes administering job scheduling with field supervisors and crew, recording hours and contractor payments, purchasing and arranging delivery of supplies and equipment, coordinating substitution duties with field supervisors and crew members and coordinating standardized training procedures (utilizing existing training programs). Quality control duties include, administering quality control inspections with field supervisors and crew, developing and administering client satisfaction surveys, face time with existing clients (Drop ins on location during business hours, coffee, lunch, etc.), developing and administering crew member reward and tracking programs, communicating account specifications to field supervisors and contractors and tracking progress to completion.
Business Development duties to include identifying target clientele, business to business lead generation, preparing estimates, electronically delivery of proposals, negotiating contracts, closing both commercial and residential business and identifying additional cleaning needs for a wide array of services. The individual will be responsible for developing both commercial and residential leads provided by the company. The business development duties further require a basic understanding of multiple service offerings, techniques, pricing and processes and the ability to communicate with both the customer and crew members.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base compensation commensurate with a candidate’s background and experience and residual commission. Expect higher commissions with lower base salary, with unlimited income potential. Please indicate your salary expectation.
